Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in the time of need.
V13 faint not at my tribulations

Seeing what other Christians go through can be disheartening. But we are not to keep our eyes on what others are experiencing, except to pray for them. We are to be bold in Christ V12, keeping our eyes on Him.

Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith

vr 17-19 CJB I pray that you will be rooted and founded in love, so that you, with all God’s people, will be given strength to grasp the breadth, length, height, and depth of the Messiah’s love, yes, to know it, even though it is beyond all knowing, so that you will be filled with all the fullness of God.
…the love of Christ, which passes knowledge
