 Chapter 11  Still trumpet #6; Woe #2

V1-2 John given a reed like unto a rod, angel said measure
    the temple of God
    the altar
    and them that worship therein
     do not measure the court outside the temple--given unto the Gentiles
    the holy city shall they tread under foot 3-1/2 years

V3    two witnesses clothed in sackcloth
    3-1/2 years
V4    these are the 2 olive trees
    two candlesticks    Zechariah 4:1–3, 11–14
    oil and light
V5    if any one will hurt them fire proceeds out of their mouths
V6    have power to shut up heaven––no rain
    powers to turn waters into blood
    smite the earth with plagues as often as they will
V7    beast ascends out of the bottomless pit
    makes war with 2 witnesses
    and overcome them and kill them

V8     their dead bodies in the street of that great city
    city called Sodom and Egypt
    where our Lord was crucified
V9    people and kindreds and tongues and nations     
    shall see their bodies 3-1/2 days
    and not allow them to be put in graves
V10    people rejoice over them
    make merry
    send gifts to each other
    because these 2 prophets tormented them
        with The Word
        with no rain
        with fire
        with plagues
        with turning waters into blood

V11    after 3-1/2 days The Spirt of Life from God entered into them
    stood up on their feet
    great fear fell on all which saw them

V12    they heard a great voice from heaven
    "Come up here."
    the prophets ascended up into Heaven in a cloud
    their enemies beheld them

V13     Same hour there was an earthquake
    1/10 of the city fell
    in the earthquake 7,000 men slain
    remnant were affrighted and
    gave glory to The God of Heaven.

V14    2nd woe past; the 3rd comes quickly

V15    Trumpet #7
    the kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of The Lord and         of His Christ AND
    He shall reign for ever and ever
V16     24elders fell on their faces and worshipped God.
V17    saying, We give you thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which are and     was, and are to come; because you have taken to you your great     power, and have REIGNED!!!
V18    nations were angry,
    God's wrath has come
    time the dead should be judged
    and reward Your servants the prophets, saints, and them that fear         Your Name, small and great
    and destroy them which destroy the earth

V19    The temple of God was opened in Heaven
    seen:  His temple the ark of His testament
    there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and earthquake,         and great hail
