 Chapter 6

V1  Seal #1; noise of thunder
2 Thessalonians 2:1-12  Read from CJB   

V2  white horse:  this is not Jesus
  a crown had to be given to this being.  Jesus already has His
 he went forth to conquering and to conquer.  Jesus already conquered over the devil and his cohorts.  What did Jesus say just before He died?  He said, "It is finished!"  John 19:30 The greek word for 'finish' is teleo it means, "to make and end, to accomplish, to complete something".  It also means "to pay off or pay in full".  Jesus accomplished our full redemption.  Salvation remember is complete.  Sozo (Greek) includes salvation, deliverance from the enemy, and healing.  All these things were paid for in complete by Jesus' death and resurrection.  Other than death, the last enemy to be destroyed, 1Corinthians 15:26, all has been accomplished.  In Verse 25 of 1Corinthians 15––those enemies are the demons, satan himself, as well as the people who are enemies of God who do not repent and live for Him.  That time is coming soon.  We need to be praying for people every where be awakened to God and repent and received Jesus as their Lord and Savior and live for Him.

V3  Seal #2

V4 red horse:  neither is this Jesus
  power was given to him
  to take peace;  Jesus is the God of peace
  to kill one another;  Jesus is Life, Order and not chaos
  given a great sword

Peace is mentioned in 420 times in the whole Bible
–it is used as a greeting
–it is used as a blessing when departing from someone
Jesus said:
John 14:27  Peace I leave with you
John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that you might have peace
Philippians 4:7 peace of God which passes
Jesus called us to peace.  We are told to:
Hebrews 12:14 follow after peace

     black horse

V6 cost of things will be outrageous

V8 pale horse––his name that sat on him was death and hell followed with him.

 power given them over 1/4 part of the earth, to kill with  the sword and with hunger and with beasts

V9 Seal #5 souls under the alter––martyrs
V10 How long O Lord...
V11 white robes given and told to rest

V12 Seal #6
 there was a great earth quake.
 sun became black as sackcloth of hair––4526 made of mohair, worn as a sign of grief.
    mourning
moon became as blood

V13 stars of heaven fell unto the earth as a fig tree cast her untimely figs

V14 heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together
every mountain and island were moved out of their places
V15  ...hid themselves in dens and in the rocks of the mountains
notice who:  kings, great men, rich men, chief captains, might men, every bondman, and every free man
V16 they said to the mountain and rocks "fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb"
V17 God's and The Lamb's wrath
