Revelation: Chapter 8

 Chapter 8

V1 Seal #7  Silence in heaven for about 1/2 hour

V2 7angels which stood before God were given 7 trumpets

V3-5 golden censer off with prayer of saints on the golden altar before the     throne   Psalm 141:2
V5 angel filled it with fire from the altar and cast it into the earth
 thunderings and lightnings and an earthquake

V6 7 angels with 7 trumpets prepared themselves

V7 Trumpet #1
    hail mingled with blood––cast on the earth Ez.38:21-23
    1/3 of the trees and all the grass

V8-9 Trumpet #2
    great mountain burning with fire––cast into the sea Jere 51:25-26
    1/3 sea became blood
    1/3 life in the sea died
    1/3 ships were destroyed
V10-11 Trumpet #3
    Great star fell burning fell as it were a lamp
    on 1/3 of the rivers and upon the fountains fo waters
    star called Wormwood
    1/3 water became wormwood––894 apsinthos bitter, calamity
    many men died of the waters because they were made bitter

V12 Trumpet #4
    1/3 of the sun was smitten
    1/3 of the moon and
    1/3 of the stars darkened––this is the second third
    1/3 of them ^ was darkened and
    ––and the day shone NOT for 1/3 part of it
    and the night likewise


V13 heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven
    saying, "Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabiters of the earth by reason of
    the inhabiters of the earth by reason of the other voices of the     trumpet of the 3 angels, which are yet to sound!
