Colossians 3:12-17 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also you do. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also you are called in one body; and be thankful. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. This is not usually this cut and dried. Sometimes one person does more than one of these offices, sometimes more than one person, each with an offices or offices, goes in and there is an over-lap––which is probably more common way.

The joints are the constituents of union in the body and the media of the impartation of the life drawn by the members from the head."
