Dates Added

I just added dates to the patterns under "Links to my patterns" so you will know where to find the tutorials that go with them. Please find the tutorials under the year, month and day listed next to the pattern listed. Thanks and enjoy! If you have any questions please feel free to write me at the address in my profile.

Remember these are my own patterns that I drew the patterns for and wrote the tutorials for. I offer these patterns for free for you to make for yourself, as gifts, or even to sell BUT please do NOT claim my patterns as your own or put them on your website. You may put a link to my site on your website. Please be respectful. You would want the same respect for your patterns. Thank you. God bless.

DON'T let your meat loaf!

Another great recipe from the Prewitt household!  I love to come up with my own recipes....as well as my own quilt patterns and my own loom-knitting patterns!  So here is a meat loaf recipe I am sure you will enjoy!

                                                               Feta-Spinach Meat Loaf

1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of uncooked spinach
1/4 of a large red sweet pepper, sliced or chopped
1 onion, sliced or chopped
1-4oz. container of crumbled feta cheese
2 slices of crumbled bread
2 eggs
sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly.  Put in a small to medium oven-tempered bowl or loaf pan.  Bake one hour at 350 degrees.  This also makes great sandwiches cold or even hot.  Enjoy!!

Let me know if you try this.  I would love to hear what you think!
